The Midtown Wellness Center in St. Mary’s offers a variety of services for physical and mental well-being, including physical therapy, chiropractic care, and holistic medicine. They provide Haelen massage, sports massage, pelvic floor therapy, personal training, and a variety of fitness classes like yoga, belly dance, Zumba, and more. Amenities include an infrared sauna with red light therapy, salt therapy add-ons, a float tank, sound lounge, cold plunge, and other recovery and relaxation treatments. The center also offers Brazilian hair removal and hairdressing services.
