Sometimes the best teachers of wellness are children.

Watch a toddler playing in the sand and you’ll notice something fascinating. As they stretch, crawl, and stand, their movements often resemble yoga poses like cobra or peaceful warrior. Yet no one taught them these shapes.

They simply emerge through curiosity, exploration, and play.
Children remind us of something powerful: the human body was designed to move, stretch, balance, and connect with the world around us.

Before stress.
Before screens.
Before life became complicated.

Sometimes healing begins with the simplest things: nature, movement, and curiosity.

Maybe wellness isn’t always something we need to learn…
maybe it’s something we remember.
