A special shout-out to our INCREDIBLE Annual Conference Planning Committee!! was a massive success because of the time and effort you all put into making it happen! This could not have happened without you.

This year's conference was held in collaboration with the Minnesota Community Health Worker Alliance, for whom we are extremely grateful. Thank you to Holly Walters, Committee Co-chair, Liachia Thao, Committee Co-chair, and Merry Grande, our Executive Director, for leading us so well!!

We, of course, cannot forget our Governing Council members who supported us during the planning phase and all those who volunteered as table hosts, session facilitators, and Zoom moderators. This Women’s History Month, MN-SOPHE recognizes women who have helped shape public health education and strengthened health equity across communities.

Dr. Helen Rodríguez-Trías was a pediatrician and public health advocate who championed equitable access to maternal and reproductive healthcare and reinforced the role of community engagement in advancing public health.

Public health is stronger because of women who lead with prevention, equity, and systems-level thinking.
