🚨 WE’RE HIRING — HOMECARE PHYSICAL THERAPIST 🚨

ShoreFit Training & Rehab is looking for a licensed Physical Therapist to provide 1-on-1 homecare services throughout Long Beach Island and surrounding areas!

This role is perfect for a clinician who values flexibility, autonomy, and high-quality patient care — without the burnout of traditional home health.

🏠 THE ROLE 🏠

• Provide outpatient-style PT in patients’ homes
• Serve clients throughout Long Beach Island
• Manage a flexible, therapist-controlled schedule
• Treat primarily older adults, neurologic, balance, and post-op clients
• Deliver truly personalized, relationship-based care

🧠 WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR 🧠

✔️ Licensed Physical Therapist (NJ)
✔️ Comfortable working independently in a homecare setting
✔️ Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
✔️ Interest in neurologic, balance, and functional mobility

✨ $80,000+ base salary (experience dependent)
✨ Flexible scheduling
✨ 3 weeks PTO

❄️⛄️ ’Tis the season of the snowmen! Our Parkinson’s patients worked hard today, completing each exercise to help “build” their snowmen from the ground up. Every movement represented a different body part — and of course, they added their own special flair with accessories and creative names for each snowy friend! ⛄️💙
