Raise your hand if you’re the keeper of the weekend plans. 🙋‍♀️

You send the schedules.
You send the reminders.
You send the reels of things that look fun to do with the kids.

And somehow your husband still checks in with a very sincere, “So what’s the plan this weekend?”

Honestly, it makes me laugh every time because I know I definitely shared it somewhere this week.

Now I’m curious. What is everyone doing for St. Patrick’s weekend with the kids? ☘️

Anything fun, festive, or traditions you do each year?

I would love to hear what your husband is finding out again when he asks what the plan is. 😆

“Thank you, thank you, Sam I am.”

Sometimes I think we’re all a little like the character in Green Eggs & Ham.

We’re skeptical.
We’re not sure.
We’re convinced it’s probably not for us.

That was me with this liquid collagen.

I watched friends use it.
I saw their results.
I even looked into the research.

And honestly I bought it mostly thinking,
“Okay it’s one more thing I can try and check off the list if it doesn’t work.”

But plot twist… it did.

My hair started growing back after postpartum hair loss.
My skin looked better.
And now it’s something I actually look forward to taking each day.

(I’m sharing my before/after so you can see what I mean.)

So sometimes the lesson really is:

“You don’t know until you try.”

And as a mom who only shares products that have actually worked for me, I’ll always be honest about that journey.

Maybe you’ll try it.
Maybe you’ll love it.

Just like he did. 🫶🏻

🚨 COMMUNITY CALL TO ACTION 🚨

The world feels a little heavy right now.

So I’m choosing to share something good 🤍

You’ve probably seen me talk about my partnership with Shaklee — a 70-year-old wellness company rooted in science, clinical trials, and longevity. One of the reasons I stay is because of how much they give back.

Starting today, every nutrition order contributes to Vitamin Angels — helping provide essential nutrients to children in need around the world.

And as a mom… that just matters to me.

It’s powerful to think that something as small as a few cents can help change a child’s life. And I would truly love to be one of the top contributors during this giveback window.

So here’s my simple invitation:

Before you restock this month — laundry detergent, hand soap, shampoo, body wash, skincare, protein, supplements — ask yourself…

What am I already buying?

Because I can help you swap those store purchases for clinically backed, non-toxic products that go above and beyond typical standards.

• Screened for 350+ contaminants after production
• Many beauty products EWG Verified (screened against 2,500+ chemicals by a third party)
• No monthly requirements
• Backed by science and integrity

If you’ve ever been curious, this is such a beautiful time to try.

Let’s take something you’re already buying… and turn it into something that gives back.

Comment “GIVE BACK” or message me privately and I’ll help you figure out the best place to start 🤍

And truly — thank you. Your support of my small business never goes unnoticed. It means more than you know.

I almost didn’t come this weekend.

I didn’t think I knew anyone going.
I told myself it might feel awkward.
That maybe I could just catch the highlights later.

But I felt this pull.

And if you’re a mom who’s ever felt called to something more… you know that feeling.

Then came the logistics.

Military life.
No family close by.
Ian can’t just ask off whenever.
Childcare has to be thought through carefully.

It was only two weekdays — which helped — but there’s still that whisper:

“Is this worth it?”
“Should I just stay home?”
“Is this selfish?”

And here’s what I’m so grateful I didn’t miss:

The room.

Not just the information.
Not just the strategy.

The people.

Women who were immediately welcoming.
Who genuinely wanted to know your story.
Who shared tactics openly.
Who pulled out laptops and notes and said, “Here’s what’s working for me.”
Who pushed each other to think bigger.
Who celebrated wins like they were their own.

No competition.
No gatekeeping.
Just women building wellness businesses with purpose and helping each other rise.

That’s rare.

And it reminded me why I said yes to this in the first place.

As a military family, I crave stability.
As a mom, I crave presence.
As a driven woman, I crave growth.

This gives me all three.

I came for my next one.

The mom watching quietly.
The one who feels the pull but keeps talking herself out of it.
The one who wants less stress around daycare, diapers, groceries, travel — and more joy in the small moments.

Because I almost stayed home.

And staying home would have meant missing the room that stretches you.

2026 is the year we elevate.

If you’ve been feeling that nudge too…
Comment ELEVATE and let’s talk about what getting in the room could look like for you.
