Sometimes you just need a reason to get out of the house. Then it becomes a chance to move your body.
But really, it ends up being about friendship.

After military life brought us to another new place, I decided to show up to .stafford juThe Mom Walk Collective our move, hoping to find connection, support, and community. I’m so thankful I did.

Motherhood can feel heavy sometimes, and little things like this truly make such a difference. Fresh air, movement, conversations, kids playing, and reminders that you’re not doing this alone.

If you have near you, maThe Mom Walk Collectivealk.

Motherhood asks so much from us every single day. Sometimes the best gift isn’t more “stuff” … it’s finally having the support, tools, and encouragement to take care of YOU too. 💛

That’s why I love getting to do what I do.
Helping moms feel stronger. More energized. More confident. More supported. Helping you find simple routines that actually fit real life.

Whether it’s quick workouts, clean wellness swaps, protein support, better energy, or just having a community of women cheering you on — it truly is such an honor to serve you in this season.

This Mother’s Day, I’d love to help you get exactly what YOU need. Because you deserve to feel good too.

Some friendships start online… and then suddenly you’re standing in the middle of an all-inclusive resort surrounded by women who once were just little squares on a screen. 🤍

Women who said yes to healthier swaps.
Yes to taking care of themselves again.
Yes to building something on their own terms.

What I love most is that every single woman here has a different story. Different backgrounds. Different seasons of motherhood and life. Different reasons for starting.

But we all share one thing: a desire to serve others and create communities where women feel supported in their wellness journey instead of doing it alone.

For some, this opportunity created flexibility with their families.
For others, it restored confidence, purpose, friendships, income, health, or all of the above.

And the beautiful thing is there’s no competition here. We collaborate. We cheer each other on. We help each other win. We put in the work together, celebrate together, and earn moments like this together.

Each woman here has a story about why she started and what these products and this community have done for her life. And I think that’s what makes this so powerful. None of us came in already knowing exactly what we were doing. We just started by wanting better for ourselves and decided to share that with other women too.

Honestly, I want this to find the mom who has been craving something more.

The mom who wants healthier habits.
The mom who wants community.
The mom who wants something of her own.
The mom who wants flexibility around her family.
The mom who knows she’s meant for more than just surviving every day on repeat.

Because this opportunity changed my life in ways I never expected — and maybe the reason this showed up on your feed is because it could change yours too.

Comment “NEXT CHAPTER” and let’s chat. ✨

I’m still taking in how special this weekend was. It was such an honor to celebrate my dear friend Sarah and witness the start of such a beautiful new chapter in her life.

Six years ago, during a time when the world felt uncertain and everything looked a little different, we met on Instagram.

At that point, we were simply two women connecting over fitness, learning how to work out from home, and navigating that season of life. Somewhere in those early conversations, we realized we shared the same birthday, the same love for books, the beach, and so many of the little things that make life feel full.

She became one of my very first clients I had never met in person. And over time, what started as check-ins and workouts turned into a genuine friendship.

This weekend, I found myself sharing that story over and over again with the people at her wedding when they asked how we knew each other. And every time, it felt just as meaningful to say out loud.

I think so many people were surprised in the best way. Not just by how we met, but by the fact that she chose to include me in such a special day. It was one of those moments that makes you pause and realize how real and impactful these connections can become.

What started as a simple message turned into a seat at one of the most important moments of her life.

That is something I will never take lightly.

We even talked about how her love story started with a simple swipe right, and it just made me reflect on how powerful it is to put yourself out there. Whether it’s a message, a follow, or a yes to something new, you truly never know what it can turn into.

This is one of the parts of my journey I will always be most grateful for. Not just the work itself, but the relationships that come from it. The friendships. The moments you get to be a part of that really matter.

Sarah, your day was beautiful in every way. I am so grateful our paths crossed the way they did, and I cannot wait to continue watching your story unfold.

You know what no one really prepares you for in motherhood?

How easy it is to put yourself last…
and how long you can go feeling “off” before you even realize it.

Tired.
Achy.
Not quite like you.

That was me.

And the wild part?
I didn’t even realize how much my body was bothering me until it wasn’t anymore.

Old sports injuries I’ve had for years…
I thought it was just normal to feel that way.

I didn’t notice how often I was stretching, shifting, trying to get comfortable in the middle of the night…
on top of already waking up with my kids.

And then that started to change.

I wasn’t tossing and turning the same.
My joints didn’t ache getting up off the floor.
My hair started growing back.
My skin started looking healthier again.

And the biggest thing?
I feel better in my body.
Which means I’m sleeping better, showing up better, living better.

And I know it’s not just me.

I’ve had other moms tell me:
“I didn’t realize how much my joints were bothering me until they weren’t anymore.”
“My hair is finally growing back postpartum.”
“My skin looks healthier than it has in years.”

That’s when I knew this wasn’t just another product sitting on a shelf.

So if you’ve been putting yourself last…
let this be your reminder:

You deserve to feel good too.

With Mother’s Day coming up, if you’ve been waiting for a sign to do something for YOU…

this is it.

I’m not gatekeeping this one 🤍
