Transitions II Transitions II offers a variety of Outpatient Substance Abuse Treatment services

Our Mission Statement

Transitions’ mission is to provide outpatient substance abuse services to give patients the opportunity to attend treatment and continue living at home and working in the community. By doing this, clients have the time to implement the developed recovery skills and process their experiences in a safe environment, which creates the basic conditions for the establishment of a substance-free life.
