I just finished an incredible massage with Ms. Lydia at Stress Free NVA, and I had to share this with you all 💆🏽‍♀️✨. It was truly a wonderful experience. She was able to work through areas where I carry deep trigger pain, and the relief was immediate 🙌🏽.
