Per TACA:

Thanks to the generosity of our donors, we are excited to announce that applications are now open for the TACA National Medical Scholarship.

For families facing financial hardship, this scholarship provides critical support to access life changing medical care – helping children with autism receive the treatment they serve when they need it most!

Scholarship Details
Award Amount: $1,500 per recipient
Key dates
Applications are due: Friday October 31st, 2025
Award Notification: Week of November 10th, 2025
Eligibility requirements
To apply, families must meet the following criteria:
Child/Children diagnosed with autism (ASD or PDD-NOS)
Active involvement in TACA (Hope & Help Facebook group + 2 events)
Household income ≤ 300% federal poverty level (priority given)
Treatment with a qualified functional medicine doctor
How it works
Find your functional medicine doctor
Complete the application
Further instructions will be given to applicants who are awarded
TACA understands the financial challenges families face, and through this scholarship, we aim to help remove barriers to essential health care needs!

🎧 Join the Hearing Loss Association of America- Rappahannock Club!

We meet on the last Monday of each month from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the disAbility Resource Center, 409 Progress Street, Fredericksburg, VA 22401.

Each meeting features a presentation followed by a welcoming discussion group — a chance to connect, share experiences, and learn together! 💬
