Reflecting on how far we’ve come🗓️✨

2017 - Our owner, Aubry, drafts a business plan with the help of a fellow female veteran and pitches it to the plastic surgeon she worked for, fully expecting to be let go. Instead, he agrees to be her medical director. Thistle is born!

2018 - After months of late nights working on the brand, website, set up, and countless other things, Thistle officially opens its doors for business in March! Open only two days a week, but quickly embraced by the community.

2019 - Thistle hires its first team member: Savannah, LME. Her services perfectly complement Thistle’s vision, and she’s been a pillar of the brand ever since.

2020 - We had to shut down during the pandemic but pivoted with an online store, virtual skin care consults, sold gift cards and created at-home facial kits. This period taught us how to stay creative and continue to serve our community.

2021 - We add new treatments to our service offerings and grow to 6 employees, adding in three additional aesthetic providers and a front office manager/marketing strategist. We switched from paper to fully electronic which came with its hurdles!

2022 - We expanded our space by adding in three additional treatment rooms. The dream of a second location started to whisper in the background. We learned about new treatments and the team attended one of the biggest aesthetic conferences in Dallas.

2023 - Thistle turned 5! We celebrated with the clients who have been with us since the beginning and welcomed so many new faces who now feel like our closest friends.

2024 - We officially outgrew the space. Aubry makes the leap of faith. After months of searching, she found the perfect new home for Thistle.

2025 - We’re moving and expanding into a brand new, larger location! Rooted in care, expertise, and a passion for helping our clients feel their best, this growth marks an exciting new chapter for our team and community.
