Have you wondered what happens during a Solaria CO2 laser treatment? We’re taking you behind the scenes with us! ✨

Before treatment:

We apply a topical numbing cream and let that sit on your skin to keep you comfortable. You’ll even wear some stylish protective goggles! Our popular spikey distraction tools are available for additional pain management.

During treatment:

The amazing thing about Solaria is that we can fully customize the laser intensity and depth to your skin concerns. During the treatment, the laser will create thousands of microscopic microchannels in the skin to stimulate collagen and elastin production while helping shed damaged surface layers to reveal smoother, brighter, and healthier skin underneath. The best way we like to describe the sensation is warm and tingly, similar to holding a tiny sparkler near the skin. 🎇

After treatment:

It’s normal to experience redness, warmth, and a sunburn like sensation for a few hours. You’ll go home with an after-care kit to promote healing and keep you comfortable at home.

What’s the recovery look like?

Over the next several days, the skin begins its renewal process. Your recovery time may vary as we can tailor the treatment settings based on your skin concerns and desired goals but most experience dryness, peeling and possible swelling as fresh new skin emerges. We typically recommend planning for about 2 weeks of social downtime as your skin heals and regenerates. This is not a treatment to do before a big event!

Once you’re fully healed, you’ll enjoy improved texture, softer fine lines, more even tone, and overall stronger skin quality!

A one month transformation 👉

This lovely client of ours received the Solaria CO2 deep resurfacing treatment, Dysport, and an exosome derived skincare enhancer.

✨ Solaria CO2 Laser:

Solaria is a fractional laser treatment that creates controlled microchannels in the skin to stimulate collagen remodeling and accelerates cellular renewal. Over the weeks that follow treatment, the skin begins rebuilding itself by producing new collagen and elastin that improve firmness, texture, and overall skin resilience.

Most clients begin to see visible improvement within weeks, with continued collagen remodeling for up to six months after treatment.

✨Wrinkle Relaxer:

To complement the resurfacing treatment, we also refreshed facial movement with Dysport in the glabella (between the brows), around the eyes, chin, and DAO muscles (responsible for the downward pull at the corners of the mouth). Relaxing these areas helps soften expression lines while subtly lifting and balancing the face.

We also incorporated the Plated INTENSE Serum, which delivers platelet-derived exosomes directly into the skin. Did you know we can slim your face with Botox?💉

If your jaw has ever felt or looked bulky, this may be the work of your masseter muscle! This muscle sits at the back of the jaw and helps with chewing and clenching. Over time, especially in people who grind or carry tension there, it can grow stronger and wider, which can make the lower face look heavier.

Strategically relaxing the masseters with a wrinkle relaxer such as Botox, Dysport, or Daxxify, helps soften that muscle so it doesn’t contract as forcefully. As the muscle activity decreases, it gradually reduces in size, creating a slimmer, more tapered lower face. When we pair this with small amounts in the jaw and DAOs (the muscles that pull the corners of the mouth downward), we can also soften that “frowning” pull and create a more lifted and snatched appearance overall.

For this client, we focused on lips, cheeks, and the oral commissures (the corners of the mouth) using hyaluronic acid filler to restore structure and soften shadows. Instead of treating one concern in isolation, we prefer to step back and look at the face as a whole when evaluating our clients. When volume is placed strategically, features work together more harmoniously and the end result feels more balanced. ⚖️
