In preparing for our Root & Rise Renewal Retreat today, we thought we would share a powerful ritual we built into the itinerary...

During our time in the forest, guests will gather small natural treasures that speak to them.

Leaves.
Petals.
Textures of the forest.

These will become part of their personal journal ~ a reminder of the moment they chose to pause, reflect, and reconnect.

Later during a quiet time, they will have time to write something just for themselves ~ a thought, an intention, or something they are ready to release.

Some pages may be sealed in wax and kept...
some may be let go and burned in our closing fire ceremony.

Spring is a powerful season for renewal and new growth.
