I’m a mom helping my son relearn to navigate and embrace life with less fear after being traumatized. And I use what I’ve learned helping him and helping myself before him (healing my bulimia and self-love & worth beliefs), helping people get relief from physical, emotional or mental pain through intuitive energy healing, simple tools I teach them and essential oils and supplements. I’m working toward a move that will allow me to live even more sustainably including raising Nigerian dwarf milking goats and growing produce & herbs.

Learned today all gluten free which explains why I always feel nourished when I leave here and no side effects.

We had a biscuit too which I forgot to take pic.

Eli had high praise as this is the only restaurant he’s eaten where he cannot tell the food even the biscuits are gluten free. He said usually only my moms stuff is that good as gluten free where I can’t tell!

You’ve got to come for brunch!!!!

This was a bottle of Dom Perignon from the year I was born.

My grandparents bought it and held onto it.
It was kept in my Gramps study.
On a big birthday 5 years ago tried to drink it. Was not so good tastint but I held onto the bottle thinking I could do something with it.

And then met Julie Garner Schreiber at a yoga class. I had seen her work 1.5 years before and had said I wanted to contact her about the bottle.

I got busy with life.

So when I met her, I got the chills. I’m so enjoying getting to know her. I shared the story if the bottle.

She wasn’t sure if she could get the label off intact. I told her that I didn’t care. Even if it was just pieces all around on the bottle it would look artistic. She kept trying to let me know of her concerns and I kept telling her that right now it was just a bottle so if it didn’t work it was no big deal and if it did work then we’d have this beautiful piece of art.

So similar to life. If you don’t take a chance on dealing with your pain, or allowing something new or someone new in or trusting the person in your life - you’ll be just like the bottle.

And if you take a chance to create some thing even more beautiful than the bottle, you open yourself up to incredible joy (with potential for pain). 

Today - she gave me this.

It’s beautiful and now a serving platter and piece of art. I loooove it .

So glad I took a chance with the bottle and life.

I’ve had some things recently blow up on my face but had I not taken a chance I would never have known the beauty that came during it and all that has happened cents it’s been incredible.

Super excited about this. There are healing tools I've been drawn to naturally and rhythmically not even knowing they were healing for me and others. Just rituals my body felt called towards.

When I first started with this group, it was about better understanding my healing talents to help clients. This was such intensive training and through training like this - you always heal your s**t. So parts of my life BLEW UP and overwhelmed me. Caused me to do some of the deepest inner work of my life. I am not the same person as when I started.

There was lots of laughter, lots of tears, anger & feelings of distrust and unearthing of connection into myself, spirit and connecting with other people's spirits who entrust me to share wisdom nuggets they are struggling to hear to help them heal.

I'm celebrating with this group I've come to LOVE and TRUST how we came together and witnessed the unearthing of so many beautiful gifts and experiences.

And I love the impact its had on my life and the healing I do with clients.

So much gratitude for and the entire group!!!

Moving to the mountains has expanded my time with myself which expanded my connection to spirit. If you read that as more healing tools coming through, Y E S!!

Super excited sharing Healing Circle with you. If you've wanted a private session, but haven't been able to make it happen for whatever reason. The Group Healing circle is a way to get healing with me no matter where you live. You'll get what you need by showing up, you get healing time with me for your stuff. I am excited and a little nervous about this one. Join me Friday on Instagram

I'm having a convo with "Treeman" Tony Ward. Tony's deeply connected to the earth as a Native and Invasive plant expert and a homesteader.

He is also my boyfriend. We're going to talk about Intuition in relationships. We're going to talk about what it's like to be in a relationship with an Intuitive Energy Healer. Has he ever received healing? We're going to talk about conflict and sabotage in relationships and what you can do to heal your s**t.

We'll also talk about living sustainably, what each of us is doing and plans in the future.

We'll answer questions. And I might offer healing live for a lucky one or two.
