Instant Inductions bypass the critical mind, allowing you to quickly enter a deeply relaxed trance state where your subconscious mind is open to suggestions. In the TranceLab we use that state for fun experiments, but in my office we use it to make behavioral changes, turn down chronic pain, release fears, and more! It’s really fascinating!
