Tim C | Stamford Patient Of The Month

I have been coming to (Stamford) IronHealth for 2 years. My visit started with the goal of addressing a sports related injury but due to the care and knowledge of Joe and his team, I continued visiting for general fitness and maintenance purposes. When I tore my Achilles playing soccer there was a never a doubt about who I was going to choose to help me with my rehab. With this injury, the battle is as much mental as it is physical. I feel incredibly lucky to have Gea in my corner. She does an amazing job of supporting the psychological hurdles I have experienced while also challenging me to push when necessary so that I can return to being the athlete I was before the injury. In the immediate future, just being able to run and jump with confidence. Then enjoying long runs and hikes with my dog Gunner, and ultimately a return to the soccer field.

I’m incredibly proud of Tim for the resilience he’s shown in overcoming one of the most challenging orthopedic surgeries. He brings the mindset of an exceptional athlete to every session—always determined, always focused, and always willing to put in the work. It’s been awesome to watch his progress firsthand, and I’m excited to see him take this momentum back onto the field.
