The day was filled with delicious King Cake, lively Dixieland band music, and amazing New Orleans–inspired food. It was a festive and joyful celebration enjoyed by everyone—Laissez les bons temps rouler! 💜💛💚

Love was truly in the air here at Waterstone this Valentine’s Day! ❤️
We enjoyed delicious food prepared by Chef Dave, incredible live music from Margie’s Jazz Duo, and hands-on fun making our own gourmet chocolate-covered strawberries and pretzels.

It was a sweet celebration filled with great food, beautiful music, and even better company! 🍓🍫🎶

💝 Love is in the Air at Bridges! 💝

Our Bridges residents have been busy spreading joy and creativity this Valentine’s season! Beautiful heart-inspired artwork, pops of pink and red, glitter, paint, and plenty of smiles filled the room. ❤️✨

The laughter was contagious, the creativity was flowing, and the sparkle was real. Who says Valentine’s fun is just for kids? At Bridges, we celebrate love, friendship, and fabulous artistic flair at every age!

What a gift it is when one of our own shares their passion with the entire community. 🎨✨

At Waterstone on High Ridge, our Meet the Artist evening featured the incredibly talented resident Liz Rubin, who welcomed us into the world of pottery. Not only did we admire her beautiful pieces, but we also learned about the different types of clay she works with, the glazing techniques that create such unique finishes, and the intricate firing process that transforms each piece into art.

From texture and form to color and kiln temperature, Liz walked us through the creativity and craftsmanship behind every bowl and vessel. It was fascinating, inspiring — and a wonderful reminder that talent and curiosity continue to flourish at every stage of life.

Liz’s pottery will remain on display through the end of February, and we invite you to stop by and experience it for yourself.

At Waterstone, we celebrate the gifts within our community every single day. 💙

Our book club had a wonderful time reading The Good Daughters by Brigitte Dale. The experience was made even more special knowing that Brigitte is not only the author, but also the granddaughter of two of our residents.

She joined us for our book club meeting and gave us an inside look at the story, sharing insights and perspectives that only the author herself could provide. It was a truly memorable and meaningful experience for everyone involved.

We had an absolute blast at our annual Super Bowl Watch Party! 🏈🎉 Great food, great friends, and one heck of a game. Congratulations to our four Super Bowl pool winners, and a big shout-out to the Seattle Seahawks on their big win! 🏆💙💚
