Yesterday we wished everyone a Happy New Year, and what better way to celebrate than with a delicious start-of-the-year buffet! Our chefs pulled out all the stops to kick off 2026 with full stomachs and happy smiles. We even welcomed the New Year with the energy of a Brazilian band to set the mood. Happy New Year to everyone—may this year bring you everything you wish for! 🎉🥂

We rang in the New Year the Bridges way — with great food, warm smiles, and wonderful company. From a delicious brunch spread to lots of laughter around the table, it was the perfect way to welcome a fresh new year together. 💙

Wishing everybody a Happy New Year! Last night we celebrated our annual New Year’s Eve party as friends and family gathered in our beautiful Pub Bistro. We watched Australia ring in the New Year and dropped our very own Waterstone New Year’s ball in celebration. Now we’re looking forward to today’s New Year’s brunch and kicking off the year with a bang!” 🎉🥂

This month’s Meet the Artist was particularly interesting as local photographer David Fales shared how he captures his remarkable images using a drone. He explained that he can be up to a mile away while taking photos, often at sunrise or sunset and in all kinds of weather. As a drone photographer, he gave us great insight into how this innovative technology can be used as a powerful tool for creating art.
