🚨Huge🚨 shoutout to for giving me my life back! After years I finally am able to experience mobility without pain.

Thanks to a newly FDA approved MISHA procedure, I am experiencing life again.

It’s been so surreal to be a pioneer in this journey not long after the clinical trials ended. When I met with Dr. Gomoll yet again last year I was desperate to finally find a solution to my never ending knee pain. I told him my only goal was to be able to play with my kids again and take walks with my dog. I wanted my quality of life back. I hated that my kids always knew I couldn’t participate in their physical activities because “mom’s leg is broken”. 💔

The MISHA knee typically features advanced materials and design to mimic natural knee movement and improve patient outcomes.

Using specialized instruments and techniques, the surgeon carefully removes the damaged cartilage and bone from the knee joint. The prosthetic components are then precisely positioned and fixed in place. This approach minimizes damage to surrounding tissues and muscles.

With dedication to physical therapy, this procedure has real potential to positively change the lives of so many people suffering with knee and hip pain that either are not in an age bracket for a total knee or hip replacement or have tried other surgeries that have failed.

Jim, I just recently learned of your passing although it has already been a few years now. I want you to know I still treasure the artwork you made for me and my son when he was born. You really were such a kind man, and I was so heart warmed to see your name on the bench at Waveny Dog Park. We recently got a puppy named Ranger, and this dog park has quickly become his new favorite spot. I was having a tough day when I came to the dog park and sat on the bench trying to gather myself together while I watched Ranger play, unknowingly have chosen the bench with your name on it. Now, whenever I go to play with our pup there, I will see your wise words written under your name, “rest a while and smile”, and do just that. ❤️
