The feet are complex structures with 26 bones, 33 joints, and hundreds of muscles, ligaments, and tendons. They’re there for a reason. After all the support they've given you over the years, the thousands of miles walked and run, the thousands of hours of standing, and the countless pairs of ridiculous shoes they've been shoved into, they're ready for some attention. For some reason, we treat the feet differently than any other part of the body - we shove them into casts, ignore them, and never do any strength work. But just like every other part of the body, if we don't move it or use it, we lose it!
