We had a great time cooking from our mystery baskets for the residents during our Chopped Challenge here at Summer Street! Our secret ingredients included goat cheese, dried cranberries, pizza dough, pears, arugula, and parm cheese. Each team got creative with different ways to use the dough and ingredients. Residents said it was a three-way tie!

We were happy to host Starfish again for our annual back to school drive! Starfish is a local mentoring program here in Stamford. The students and mentors were grateful for the generosity of the LCB community providing backpacks, notebooks, writing utensils and more!
