Our beautiful new home for AT Sangha Yoga & Amaecollective truly came alive today when the smiles, laughter, shared breath, and uplifting joy of our community filled the space and activated it in the most sacred way. 🤍

So much gratitude for Amy and Traci, whose devotion, care, and vision made this new chapter possible. What you’ve nurtured here is more than a studio — it’s a living, breathing, amazing sangha.

While I was out clearing snow, my stinging nettle infusion was quietly waiting for me in the fridge—steeped, strained, and ready. 🌿❄️

Herbal infusions are longer, stronger brews than tea. They’re deeply nourishing and meant to build the body over time.

Stinging nettle (Urtica dioica) is one of my all-time favorite allies—especially in midlife. A true mineral powerhouse, rich in iron, calcium, magnesium, potassium, zinc, vitamins A, C, K, B-complex, and even protein (up to 25% in peak season!).

Nettle supports detoxification, strengthens bones, hair, nails, and teeth, nourishes adrenals and kidneys, and helps restore energy and stamina. It’s a building plant—steady, resilient, and deeply fortifying.

Nettle carries fire element energy. I reach for it especially when I need strength, willpower, and that solar plexus “let’s get it done” energy. Fierce yet protective. Cooling yet energizing.
