Feeling tense or overwhelmed?

Your body might not need a workout… it might need support.

This somatic hammock practice helps you slow down, release tension, and reset your nervous system gently.

Thinking about buying an aerial rig?

It’s one of the biggest investments you’ll make for your home practice—and not all rigs are created equal.

What most people don’t realize is that things like:
• swing clearance
• top bar width
• how the rig handles movement (not just weight)

can completely change your experience.

I’ve seen people buy rigs that technically “work”… but end up feeling limiting, unstable, or not aligned with how they actually want to move.

So I created a free Aerial Rig Buyer’s Guide to help you choose with more clarity and confidence.

✨ Comment GUIDE and I’ll send it to you

Hips don’t lie. Your body thrives on movement that feels alive, not forced.

This gentle flow is an invitation to:
• Follow what feels good
• Move energy through your hips + spine
• Create space without pushing
• Reconnect to your body’s natural rhythm

Because opening your hips isn’t just physical…
it’s energetic and emotional.

This is your reminder:
You don’t have to force your body open.
You get to meet it with love. Let your hips move and groove again. 💃🏻

Ever feel like your head is spinning at the start of the week? Good. Let’s train that 😉

Core workouts aren’t just about abs… especially as we get older.

This sequence uses the yoga trapeze to safely build:
✔️ core strength
✔️ upper body stability
✔️ spinal support

It’s one of my favorite ways to feel strong without straining my joints.

If you try it, let me know which exercise feels the most powerful for you 💛

This is what my mornings actually look like lately…

No perfect routine.
No workout outfit.
This is my practice.

Just me, in a bathrobe, waiting for my coffee…
moving my spine a little to awaken it for the upcoming day.

It’s simple.
But it makes a huge difference.

If your body has been asking for something gentler—this might be it.

💛 Save this and try it tomorrow

54 today.
I decided to challenge myself to astavakrasana pose to see if I can still lift off even without the aerial hammock. Astavakrasana, or Eight-Angle Pose, is one of my favorite arm balances although I haven’t practiced it for a while.

Just like Astavakrasana, strength in midlife isn’t about forcing or pushing harder. It’s about connection, integration, consistency, trusting and listening to your body.

If you’re rebuilding strength in midlife, you’re not behind—you’re right on time.

Stay in the practice.

After a long day on the computer, does your body feel… compressed?

Rounded shoulders, tight neck, upper back tension—it adds up quickly when we spend hours sitting and leaning forward.

This gentle yoga trapeze locust variation is one of my favorite ways to reset:

✨ Open the chest
✨ Strengthen the upper back
✨ Create space in the spine
✨ Breathe deeper again

It’s simple, supportive, and honestly feels a little like floating 🍀

If you’ve been at your desk all day, your body needs the opposite of that shape.

Have you noticed how your posture feels by the end of the day?

How to Set Up a Portable Aerial Yoga Rig at Home (Step-by-Step)

Can you practice yoga trapeze at home?

Yes — and you don’t even need ceiling beams.

Portable aerial rigs make it possible to safely practice inversions, spinal decompression, and mobility work at home.

I filmed the full step-by-step assembly process so you can see exactly how it works.

Watch the full video on my YouTube channel (see comments).

Spinal decompression for women over 40.

Repetitive loading compresses the lumbar spine and tightens hip flexors.

Inversion in a yoga trapeze:
✔️ Creates space between vertebrae
✔️ Reduces disc pressure
✔️ Releases psoas tension
✔️ Improves circulation

This is how I recover after heavy weeks.

Midlife strength isn’t about pushing harder.
It’s about intentional decompression.

Would you try this?
