Soothe hot flashes and restless nights with restorative yoga, moon breath practices, and herbal support from sage, hibiscus, shatavari and other plant allies.

Session 3 — Open the Heart
Reawaken sensuality and emotional flow through embodiment, sensual movement, nourishing breath, mood-balancing botanicals like rose and damiana, luxurious bath teas, and plant-infused oil blends.

Explore lifestyle practices that bring magic into your menopause experience, learn tools for self-advocacy in your wellness journey, and discover how to build supportive networks that keep you inspired and empowered through midlife and beyond.
