I am just back from leading a magical Spring Awakening Retreat in Costa Rica! Come spend the night with me? I’m all tuned up with Reiki hands and an Open Heart to share💕

First we will move gently with Chi Gong and create our safe space. Then I will lead you in Restorative Yoga to open the energy for Spring. You will deeply rest, restore & replenish your mind, body & spirit. An hour for sipping tea, journaling or quiet space before you have the deepest sleep ever while breathing in all that medicinal salty air. Wake up with Gentle Yoga & Guided Meditation, a nourishing breakfast and set your intention for the day, your week, your life.

Today was the day I started teaching Kripalu Yoga 23 years ago and how cosmic to be invited to assist this weekend!

Feeling uber grateful for the journey…my practice and all the students who have crossed my path all of these years is the gift. My amazing daughter who took classes with Jillian maybe 17 years ago and immediately told me “Mom! You have to take Jillian’s class, you will love her” informed my life so sweetly and I am blessed to be included in this High Vibe Tribe!

When I found out I was a match to donate 60% of my liver to my husband Brad who needed a second Liver Transplant 15 years ago my only caveat was “I will give you my liver if you come to Kripalu with me!!!” True Story and he did come after we were both post op and healing.

So Kripalu holds a deep place in my heart…EVERYTIME I come here I feel like I am going Home. And being with Jillian and .sparro and dear gina is also ALWAYS a coming home.
