What your your favorite essential oil blend????

Every month I work on a new essential oil blend focusing on meditation and peace of mind. For October I decided on Sandalwood and Vanilla. When used together, vanilla and sandalwood create a soothing and calming effect that's perfect for promoting relaxation and reducing stress.
This can be used with a carrier oil to massage the body or in our diffuser. Ether way this combination is sure to help clear your mind and allow your body to relax during your massage session.

I was impressed by the benefits of a recent cupping massage, including loosened pectoral muscles and increased shoulder mobility, which motivated me to get certified and offer cupping services at Healing Hands.
