Various class options, group classes, online Zoom, private by appt, at your location, chair yoga, Meditation & deep relaxation Certified in Beginners and Intermediate Hatha Yoga teaching from Integral Yoga Institute, Coimbatore, India. Also, completed my training in Yoga Therapy from Prashanthi Kuteeram, Bangalore, India. I have been teaching Yoga since 1997 both in India and now here in the USA. Yoga is for everyone looking to be happy and healthy! Group Class At The Studio (90 minutes)
Monday, Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays - 9 AM to 10.30 AM
Mondays, Wednesdays & Thursdays - 6 PM to 7.30 PM

2. Extra Gentle Chair Yoga At The Studio (60 minutes)
Wednesday 3-4pm

3. Private Class At The Studio by appointment is available, throughout the week. Please call or email for appointments.

4. Private Yoga Off Premises/at your location- By Appointment.

5. Zoom online class options
