We seek to identify and evaluate the environmental and workplace exposures using comprehensive exposome analysis methods and the combination of metabolomics data to identify occupational exposures that may impact human health.

This study highlights microbial dynamics for 4 body sites from 86 participants over 6 years: https://lnkd.in/gGPwBzBX

Our research has unearthed several fascinating findings by comparing the longitudinal stability of the microbiome with host proteomics, lipidomics, metabolomics, and cytokine profiles. We've also ventured into the use of mediation analysis on longitudinal multi-omics data, yielding significant insights. Moreover, we identified several key dysbiosis signatures associated with diseases, such as Insulin Resistance.
