Journey is proud to call Indiana home, where basketball isn’t just a game… it’s part of who we are.

And this March, we’re bringing that same energy to the tournament. Out of the six states we serve, three are represented in the big dance.

Best of luck to the Purdue University, University of Kentucky and The Ohio State University as they journey their way to the top. 🏀

Because getting here takes more than talent. It takes grit, resilience, and the kind of grind that defines the Power of BE. Showing up. Pushing forward. Being your best when it matters most.

That’s what March is all about. And that’s what we’re all about. Let's go.

They are problem-solvers, listeners, advocates, and trusted partners to our leaders and teams.

Thank you for the heart, care, and support you bring to Journey every day.

Leadership in long term care is more than a title. It is a calling. 💙

During Long Term Care Administrators Week, we recognize the dedicated leaders who guide our communities every day.

Administrators are present for residents and families, supportive of their Care Teams, and steady through the challenges that come with leading in long term care. Their leadership helps create communities where compassion, quality care, and teamwork come first.

We often talk about the Power of BE and the importance of choosing how we show up each day. Our Administrators live this out by being thoughtful leaders, strong advocates, and trusted mentors to their teams.

To our Administrators across Journey, thank you for your dedication, resilience, and commitment to those we serve. Your leadership truly makes a difference. We appreciate you this week and every week. 💙

Hello, March! 🍀

We’re getting into the St. Patrick’s Day spirit with a little leprechaun creativity and a whole lot of laughter. 🎨✨

Glue, glitter, big smiles, and even bigger personalities made for a day full of fun. Sometimes it’s these lighthearted moments — gathered around a table together — that bring the most joy. 💙

March is National Nutrition Month, and we are proud to celebrate the incredible Care Team members who nourish our residents each day. 💙

Food is more than a meal. It brings comfort, supports healing, and creates opportunities to gather around the table, leaving memories that last a lifetime.

To our Dietitians, Dietary Managers, Cooks, and Aides, thank you for the care, attention, and heart you put into every plate. You make a difference across our communities every single day.

This Presidents’ Day, we’re reflecting on the leadership principles that have shaped our nation and the leadership we see every day within Journey.

Our 2026 theme, The Power of BE, reminds us that leadership isn’t just about a title. It’s about who you choose to BE when no one is watching. Our leaders live these principles and choose to BE the Heart of Journey every day.

From past presidents to the everyday leaders in our communities and Care Teams, the power to lead starts with choosing who we show up as.

Here’s to honoring leadership, living our values, and embracing The Power of BE.

Love often shows up in the simplest, most meaningful ways, through small moments of kindness, genuine connection, and caring actions that make a difference.

It’s in the way we show up for one another, in our homes, our workplaces, and our communities.

Wishing you a Valentine’s Day filled with appreciation, connection, and a whole lot of love. 💙
