What an amazing weekend at the Bourbon Chase! 🏃‍♀️We were so proud to be part of this year’s event and to cheer on thousands of runners as they made their way through our beautiful town. A huge thank-you goes out to the incredible volunteers and organizers who made it all possible! 💙

🩷 October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month 🩷

💡 Did you know?
• In 2025, over 316,000 women are expected to be diagnosed with breast cancer.
• When found early, the 5-year survival rate is 99%.

Know the signs 👀:

▪️A lump in the breast or underarm

▪️Swelling, thickening, or irritation of breast skin

▪️Dimpling or redness

▪️Nipple discharge (other than breast milk)

▪️Change in size, shape, or pain in the breast

👩‍⚕️ How to check:

✅ Perform a self-exam monthly—feel for lumps or changes while standing and lying down.

✅ Look in the mirror for skin or ni**le changes.

✅ Schedule regular mammograms as recommended by your provider.

Early detection saves lives—check yourself, talk with your doctor, and encourage loved ones to do the same. 💕
