I wanted to see what would happen if I ate an average bag of potatoe chips over a three day period. I normally eat clean, am in my 60’s and even tho I have Lyme disease, I have no joint pain until I ate this. I figure it’s the preservatives that caused the inflammation. A few weeks later after eating clean, I tried an ALDI ‘s choc mousse cake over a week and again inflammation and pain, but not as bad as the preservatives. Interesting ….

As of January 1st, 2024, I am now offering the sale of massage packages. if you pre-purchase five massages all at once at regular price, you get a complementary 60 minute free. Multiple people(family/friends) can use it, plus you have the option to use your free 60 minute to upgrade to a 90 minute(add $16), Or two hours(add $48); just pay the price difference at the time when you use it. Purchases will be marked in the book and crossed off as it is used so there’s nothing to misplaced or forget.
* Each time increment will be used as it is not split Further example:
a 60 minute massage cannot become 2: 30 minute massages, etc..*
