Am I doing it correctly? I'm not sure but I'll find out on April 11th when Tracy shows us how to use EFT Tapping to support our nervous system, along with sauna. When I lie down on the sauna bench, my lower back settles in the most delicious way. My body definitely registers safety here, where I have intentionally created a calm, contained environment - and my nervous system shifts toward rest. My pelvic floor, low back, and sacral area hold emotional and physical tension and when I hit the firm, warm wood, those areas finally let go. It feels amazing and I hope you've felt it here too!
