Her technique is a form of hypnotherapy that takes individuals into a deep state of relaxation known as the Somnambulistic state. This state, usually experienced just before falling asleep or waking up, allows practitioners to access the subconscious mind, also known as the Higher Self.

The purpose of QHHT is to facilitate physical, emotional, and spiritual healing by tapping into past experiences, higher self-wisdom, and universal knowledge that are believed to reside within the subconscious.

How it works
Preparation and Intentions: Clients discuss their goals and issues with the practitioner, setting clear intentions for the session.

Relaxation and Hypnosis: The practitioner guides the individual into a deeply relaxed, hypnotic state (Theta state) using visualization and breathing exercises.

Exploration of Past Experiences (or Other Relevant Experiences): The client may be guided to explore their past or significant experiences from their current life that are relevant to their healing intention. This can help uncover the roots of present challenges or provide insights into patterns and relationships.

Connecting with the Subconscious/Higher Self: The practitioner facilitates communication with the Higher Self, which is believed to hold profound wisdom and healing capabilities. During this phase, individuals may receive answers to questions and even experience physical or emotional healing.

Post-Session Integration: The session concludes with a discussion between the client and practitioner to help process the insights and experiences. Recordings of the session are provided to aid in continued understanding and integration.

The moments where your insecure to post your goofiness.

The second guessing if your post are good enough.

The thoughts you're posting too much.

The after thoughts should I have posted us having fun.

We all go through it.

I seem to always just do it anyways. And see the aftermath. I never know until I try. I'm okay with failing and trying again. You learn.

Today was confirmation on us just being real.

Client drove over an hour seeking something different. Client received a massage from Melissa. Client being a past massage therapist, seeing many massage therapist, and seeing our social presence brought them in..

They were looking for something different. No pressure, right!? 🤣

As I go into the massage you start to second guess your skill. Your ability. The pressure is on. I'm human. I'm humble. I want to make everyone happy.

Mental check. You are who you are. Everyone is different. We all have different personalities, skill, and technique. As I tell my staff to help them.

Mental check myself again. You do you, boo. They like you or they don't. But you tried.

After the massage. They're unbelievable happy. Booked again. Went longer. And wanted a hug before leaving.

After all this. Just being yourself and putting yourself out there, the right people will be drawn to you.

Don't ever give up.

Don't ever stop trying.

And don't ever stop trying something new.
