✨ What You’ll Do:
• Gather patient information and assist with assessments
• Perform CLIA-waived testing and administer medications
• Collect specimens and assist with lab testing and equipment maintenance
• Coordinate referrals and communicate with outside providers
• Support continuity of care for patients and families

📋 Requirements:
✔️ Graduate of an accredited nursing program (LVN)
✔️ Texas LVN license (or Nursing Compact)
✔️ BLS certification upon hire
