If you’ve ever walked through our doors and heard laughter, music, or seen a room full of smiles, chances are Nicki was behind it. 💙 As our Activity Director, Nicki has been bringing energy, creativity, and heart to Accura for nearly three years, and the impact she makes reaches far beyond the activity calendar.

Nicki has a true gift for meeting residents where they are—turning ordinary moments into meaningful ones and ensuring everyone feels included, valued, and engaged. Whether she’s planning themed events, one-on-one visits, or spontaneous moments of fun, her work helps create a sense of purpose, connection, and joy each day.

Since joining our team in June as a CNA, Mariella has consistently gone above and beyond in her role. She brings a sincere sweetness, positive attitude, and joyful spirit to every shift, and it truly shows in the care she provides and the way she supports her coworkers. ✨🎄 What a busy, bustling, joy-filled few days of Christmas festivities! 🎄✨

We kicked things off with Breakfast with Santa, where every resident was treated to special gifts straight from the man himself and his little elves 🎅🎁. We wrapped up Christmas Eve with our annual family meal, sharing good food, laughter, and meaningful moments together.

We hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas and wish you all a Happy New Year filled with health, happiness, and peace! ❤️✨
