Self development and growth is my passion, I found Reiki Healing 9 Years Ago and I never looked back. At that time I was a full time stay at home mom trying to find my passions and inner happiness. I have never looked back and have since received Training through the Reiki Master Level and now offer classes, received training in Yoga, Hypnotherapy, Aromatherapy, Chakra and Aura Therapy and more. I also host retreats and offer other holistic healing services.

✨ Trauma Awareness Certification Complete ✨

What an incredible 2 part certification of learning, connection, and healing. Hosted with Wildwood Yoga Studio. This certification class went deep into the mind-body connection exploring how trauma lives in the body and how awareness can support release and regulation. 🌙

We explored the energy body, the nervous system, the vagus nerve, and parasympathetic system, and how awareness helps us return to safety. We also practiced trauma-informed yoga, grounding techniques, and somatic awareness tools to bring the body back into balance. 💛

I’m so proud of this group for showing up so fully, learning with open hearts, and being part of this growing community of trauma aware healers and teachers. 🌿

🌿 For the Women Still Healing, Even While Moving Forward 🌿

Healing isn’t always about closing a chapter.
Sometimes it’s learning how to breathe through the parts of life that still ask you to be strong , even when you’ve already done the work.

I’ve walked the path of rebuilding after emotional abuse. I’ve learned to find softness again, to love safely, to hold boundaries and peace while in the chaos. And now, I want to help other women find that same quiet strength , the kind that grows even when life feels heavy. 🌸

Through Reiki, hypnotherapy, and trauma-informed guidance, my intention is to support women who are still walking the bridge between survival and freedom… to remind them they are not broken , they are remembering who they are, not what someone told you that you were. 💫

If this speaks to your heart, know that there’s space for you here. Healing isn’t about going back , it’s about coming home to yourself. 🤍

Remember, you do not have to heal alone or in silence.
