Because of Mullein being in abundance on our property, I also make smoking blends for respiratory illnesses. But I also make these to light and burn to inhale the healing smoke. It’s like a little “smudge stick”.
I’ll take smaller leaves and roll them up tightly as i can, wrap with a string from end to end and let them dry over time then remove the string. Dont burn the string.
If my husband or I are congested, we’ll light one up then blow out the flame then inhale the smoke. It really works on busting up the phlegm in our chests. Perfectly safe. All natural. Healing.
