This is my Cellular Recharge session, combining a Chi Machine with Red Light Therapy to help the body relax, recharge, and restore.
The Chi Machine gently moves the body in a wave motion to stimulate circulation and lymphatic flow, while red light therapy helps support cellular energy and tissue recovery.
