A Message From Dr. Hawker,

As many of you know, after 11 long years of schooling, I started my career as a family medicine doctor in the Star community on August 1st, 2023 at Star Family Health and Wellness.

I am extremely excited to share some more exciting information! On February 1st, 2024, we will be changing our name to Owyhee Family Medicine. New year, New name, Same great care!

My 3 main goals are:
- Minimal wait time. Same day appointment availability or within 48 hrs. Patients deserve to be seen by their primary care doctor who knows them best
- Implementing evidence based medicine
- Education and patient driven care, providing patients the support and knowledge to be an active participant in their health
