I am currently not taking new clients and my last day for in office visits will be October 8. As my pregnancy nears completion I’m having more issues requiring me to cease work sooner than anticipated. If you are a current client I will still be doing video/telehealth checkins for the next few weeks. If you are calling about a domestic violence evaluation, I will continue to schedule those based on needed filing date. Thanks for everyone’s understanding and flexibility.

Great idea, we call this the black box at our house. If it’s in the box a month and kids don’t miss it or ask for item then it gets donated.

Star Counseling will be offering existing clients the option of in person sessions or telehealth sessions through Theranest’s secure, HIPPA compliant platform. We will continue to ask family members and clients to wait in their cars until their scheduled appointment time so the last client can exit the building and everything can be sterilized before the next session begins. We understand the serious nature of this situation and respect clients’ rights to self determination with regards to their health. Please be mindful of our care providers and reschedule appointments or opt for telehealth sessions if you have any cold or flu symptoms or think you might have been exposed.
