It’s Friday! go into the weekend with a calm body and mind. 🌿Take a break and enjoy a relaxing breathing exercise with us.

Square breathing: Inhale for 4 seconds hold for 4 at the top of the breath, then exhale for 4 seconds and hold for 4 at the bottom of the breath. Repeat.

Watch this again whenever you are feeling tense.
