Preferred Physical Therapy, established in 1977, expanded to Starke in 2014. Our Starke office is conveniently located in front of Walmart.

We specialize in orthopedics and tailor physical therapy programs individually based on your specific needs.

Meet our Physical Therapist Assistant, Macey Ricks. Macey graduated from Florida Gateway College with her PTA degree in 2019 and has been working at Preferred Physical Therapy in Starke for five years. She enjoys the opportunity to work with local patients, as she grew up in Bradford County. From gait and balance training with geriatric patients to sports rehabilitation with athletes, Macey is passionate about all aspects of outpatient therapy.

Meet our Physical Therapist- Kelly Frustaci, PT, DPT. Kelly is a graduate of University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences where she received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy license in 2006. She began working for Preferred Physical Therapy in 2008 at the Orange Park location, where she worked for 8 years. She then moved to the Starke location as Clinic Director. She has been in Starke now for 8 years and enjoys the small family atmosphere.
