Are you a Desk Warrior? 👩‍💻👨‍💻 That "back-to-routine" posture can be a real pain in the neck... literally!
Here are 3 quick stretches you can do right at your desk to relieve tension:
Neck Tilt: Gently tilt your head to one side, holding for 20 seconds. Repeat on the other side.
Shoulder Rolls: Roll your shoulders backward in a circular motion 5 times, then forward 5 times.
Upper Back Stretch: Clasp your hands in front of you and push away, rounding your upper back.
Save this for your afternoon break!
