To everyone that has purchased from my booth at The Warehouse Market in Starkville - THANK YOU!!!!
I will have a restock on flowers next week, but then I am taking a short break to marry off another kiddo of mine (& take a short breather) - so a big, busy family affair.

(Flowers in photo are not the newest ones, but the only photo of my flowers that I could find quickly for attention. Sorry about deceiving anyone!)

Masseyville Pottery was not a vendor at this event, but I was a vendor in this building back in November. I know all too well the long hours and EXPENSE these vendors put in up front to have a successful booth at these shows. PLEASE support the vendors listed in this shared post. They need your support!

Masseyville Pottery was not a vendor at this event, but I was a vendor in this building back in November (& plan to be again this coming November), but this feels like a gut punch to my pottery self. PLEASE support these vendors listed in this shared post. I know full well the long hours and expense they go to to have a successful booth at shows like this.

Our power was out for about 15 hours - but back at the time this post was made (this weather episode time, 12 hours several weeks ago), but we have blessings galore! In a way, I see power outages as a pleasant pause - life gets a quite reset. Things get real quiet (amazing how much “noise” is in the background that we just don’t notice anymore), activities slow down, my mind resets. We stay warm with gas (or wood if the gas isn’t enough), have hot food & coffee if we want it with an old Coleman camp stove and have light with flashlights, candles & oil lamps.
All that being said, we are blessed, and I hope you are, too!!! AND… times like this make me pull out this little gem I made years ago and serves as a reminder I need to make some more (I really do!).

Stay warm, friends! Stay off the roads if you can, if you can’t - be careful! Before we know it, we’ll be back to complaining about the temps being too hot outside.

God bless!
Amy
