We are seeking energetic, motivated LPNs and RNs to join our busy clinic. In this role, you'll be working alongside the providers, documenting patient histories, managing charts, and managing clinic flow.

Responsibilities:
- Documentation during patient evaluations
- Prepare patient charts and assist with follow-up documentation
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate medical records
- Support clinical tasks (vitals, rooming, venipuncture, medication administration, etc.)
