The Laird Clinic would like to officially introduce our newest member of the team, Angela Owens NP-C.
Angela Owens Nurse Practitioner completed her undergraduate degree at Arkansas State University and her graduate degree at South University in Savannah, GA. She has been practicing as a Nurse Practitioner since 2012 and prior to that was an RN for 17 years.
She is nationally certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and also on the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners for FMCSA to conduct DOT physical exams.
Prior to joining Laird Clinic, she practiced at a Rural health clinic in MO for 3 years before relocating to Starkville, MS. She also assists the physicians in managing the patients at Starkville Manor Healthcare and serves on the Medical Response Team at Pinelake Church.
Angela enjoys spending her free time with her husband, watching her sons play college football, and enjoying her new daughter in law.
She is available to see patients Monday - Thursday. She treats patients ages 12 and older. Walk-ins are welcome. She is DOT certified as well as ROTC certified. Please call or come see her for your healthcare needs!!!
