State Center Specialty Care would like to congratulate our recent Rehab to Home Graduate, Susie L.! 🎉

We had the privilege of caring for Susie while she was receiving rehabilitation therapy to be able to return to her own home. Susie states, "Everybody is great! The food is good, and Physical Therapy is GREAT! Team members Bre and Abby always made me feel like I was right at home."
