Believe it or not, there are worse things for your back than shoveling in the winter! 🤯
What’s worse you ask?
🥔🛋️ Being a Couch Potato. If you find yourself binge watching long enough for Netflix to ask, “Are you still watching?” You may have found yourself in what we fondly call a ‘Sit Pit’. As comfy as your favorite couch or chair may be, it’s probably not doing your back, shoulders, hips, etc. any favors. The solution? Get moving! Even 15-30 minutes a day of walking, lifting, or playing with your pet can make all the difference and protect your back from pain.
🛷 Trying to recreate the iconic moment from National Lampoons Christmas Vacation. No explanation needed. Do we love to see people speeding? Yes! Do we want to see you hitting a jump that’s beyond your limits? Nottttt really lol 😆
🥤Dehydration. Honey, just because it’s winter, does not mean that we stop hydrating with water and electrolytes. Do your body a favor and get some every day (yes, even if you haven’t worked out!).
🥊🐻❄️ Picking a fight with a polar bear. Don’t do it. Just don’t. Like, why?
