Pelvic Shanti Pelvic Shanti is a female-owned, boutique style Physical Therapy Practice, located in State College. We strive to always put the needs of our patients first.

At Pelvic Shanti, we welcome you in a private, peaceful and restorative setting for one on one physical therapy treatments. We believe in giving our patients the right tools for optimal healing, strength and function. That means full length treatment sessions, 60-90 minutes, with a specialized physical therapist. Every patient is unique and we tailor the treatment to YOUR needs. You deserve the best!

Welcome to 2026!

As we step into a new year, I want to say thank you for being part of the Pelvic Shanti Community- whether you have been seen in person, worked with me virtually, attended an event, supported the boutique, or simply following along.

2025 was a year of meaningful growth and connection. I had the opportunity to work with wonderful people across all life stages and to participate in community events rooted in my passion for women’s health and pelvic health advocacy.

Looking ahead to 2026, I’m excited to share that Pelvic Shanti will now be partnering with REIMBURSIFY to help simplify superbill reimbursement. 🎉

I’m looking forward to another amazing year of inclusive, affirming pelvic floor care, education, and community-centered work!
