Maybe you think it sounds a little cheesy 🤪
But I TRULY feel my best when I make exercise a priority in my life through every season
It helps me feel strong in and out of the gym, so I can keep up with our cows, hobbies or son who is literally nonstop 😮💨
It gives me more energy, even after the nights where sleep was basically non existent 🥲
It helps me feel confident and capable because I’m showing up for ME, I’m showing myself that I can do the hard things 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
And when you’re navigating postpartum and a body that doesn’t always feel like yours anymore? THAT IS SO IMPORTANT
I know you’re balancing a million things on your plate as a woman in agriculture. And maybe you keep telling yourself that you REALLY want to start exercising, but feel too intimidated or overwhelmed to start
But no matter how small it may seem, carving out *a little* time every week to strengthen your body will be one of the greatest returns on the investment of your time and energy
When you feel good in your body, that positively overflows into EVERY other area of your life
