Q: What is your WHY for working in this industry?
A: "My grandmother, who lived to be 102 years old, inspired me to live a vibrant and fulfilling life while embracing the aging process."

Q: What is your favorite aspect of Juniper's culture?
A: "The idea that 'People Are The Key', meaning that the success and culture of an organization relies on the dedication, compassion, and expertise of the people who make it function. Juniper is dedicated to invested in individuals who align with Juniper's mission to nurture the spirit of life in all seasons. My favorite thing about this company is the people that live that mission."

Q: What is your favorite way to spend a day off?
A: "Singing with the band I am a part of: "Coal Aly" or taking a walk outside."

A huge shout-out to one of our own! Connections associate, Francesca, shared her musical talents by hosting a special coffee shop hour.

She played and sang familiar tunes on her guitar, with a set list that included everything from Fleetwood Mac to "Sweet Caroline." It was a great program, and we loved having her share her passion with us! Thank you, Francesca!

Juniper at Brookline was proud to partner with the Alzheimer's Association to raise funds and awareness for Paint the Park Purple night at Medlar Field. Together, we turned the stands purple while cheering on the State College Spikes in honor of all those affected by this disease. The first 200 fans got a free purple t-shirt!

Our Juniper team brought community members out for a night under the lights—complete with box seats, hot dogs, ice cream, and plenty of baseball fun! Wellspring community member Bill got to throw the first pitch!

Thank you to everyone who joined us in cheering for a cause that’s close to our hearts. 💜 Together, we believe in a future without Alzheimer’s.
