Our doulas support through thick and thin! 25+ hours of labor support and 2 days without sleep may necessitate a really good filter for Maria (anyone got one??) but our client looked beautiful giving birth to her baby at Mount Nittany Medical Center as the sunrise dawned!

Because we give you a team of two Doulas, our client was well supported by both Maria and Nadia as she surmounted each challenge that came. Congratulations, new family!!

A new study just came out looking at the risk of uterine rupture during tolac! We have a lot of clients who are pursuing a VBAC, and this study shows that the risk overall has continued to be low.

This is why ACOG calls VBAC after 1 or 2 low transverse incision cesarean births to be a safe and reasonable choice for most women.
