MEDICAL FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST HELP WANTED

We are looking for a front desk receptionist that is outgoing, personable, and detail orientated for us at Integrative Health Care Associates in State College, Pennsylvania. Experience is preferred, but not required. Must have computer knowledge.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Greets incoming patients, providing congenial and hospitable customer service.
• Assures patient demographics and eligibility are correct. Schedule patients.
• Collects co-pays and balances and makes follow up appointments as necessary.
• Performs various clerical duties as needed in assigned work areas.
• Adheres to HIPPA standards, policies, and procedures (Patient Confidentiality).
• Proficient computer skills, including excel, word, email management.

Part Time Job - 25 hours MTWF only - no weekends, some holidays.
EXPERIENCE
• Medical Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
