A HUGE thank you to Fasta & Ravioli Co. for coming through with durum flour! Without their generosity, we wouldn’t have enough pierogies to make it through the fair. We are so grateful for the quick and thoughtful help. No hesitation, just support. As Bob said on the phone, “there’s no ‘I’ in pasta!"

Rosie's three daughters on the onion and cabbage cutting crew this year! Love having my mom and aunts here. Im sure Bubba is smiling down on us and happy to see everyone together doing what she loved to do ❤️

YES, we are in Boalsburg today in our normal location on main street - you can find us under our tent 🥟😋

With a very heavy heart, I write this post. My sweet Bubba, Rosie — the heart and inspiration behind Rosie's Pierogies — has passed and will be laid to rest today.

Her love for cooking, her kindness, and her ability to make everyone feel like family will live on in all that we do. While I am grateful that she is at peace, I am heartbroken by her loss.

I know she’ll still be with me in the kitchen, guiding my hands and heart. I will do my best to carry her legacy through every pierogi, nutroll, haluski, halupki and so many other dishes that she made with love.

Bubba was proud of what Rosie's Pierogies had become. She loved coming to events and doing what she could. Even at the last Grange fair, she showed up to cut onions, checked in on the food, taste tested and loved watching the people come and enjoy the food at our stand.

I can only hope to be half the person she was — loving others, doing good, and taking care of family. Thank you, Bubba, for teaching me, for loving me, and for giving me something so special to share with the world.

I miss you more than words can say, and I promise to continue to make you proud. ❤️

Happiest of birthdays to Greg, the other half of Rosie's!!! We typically couldn't do it without you, but especially this year! Thank you for all you do for the business and family, it doesnt go unnoticed! Hope you have a great day and enjoy a few lagers! Cheers to you! 🍻
