Special Fall Class Offering: Fall Reset & Restore

Feeling depleted, dysregulated, or just in need of a pause? This fall I’m offering a 3-week in-person series at Boalsburg Yoga & Wellness. For three Friday evenings we’ll gather for calming breathing, gentle yoga movement, meditation and deep relaxation (yoga nidra) to help you reconnect with steadiness and build your own resilience toolkit for these challenging times.

Each class stands on its own, so you can attend one, two, or all three for a deeper fall reset.

Had a wonderful time a few weeks ago teaching yoga immersed in nature at "Women in the Big Woods" a fantastic annual event sponsored by Pennsylvania Parks and Forests Foundation. This year it was held at French Creek State Park. Participants explored the natural world, learned amazing outdoor recreation skills from State Park and PPFF team and had a generally amazing time. Big thanks to Marci Mowery and the PPFF team for the invite! Connect with PPFF for other great nature based events.

We often clean our homes, organize our desks, and take care of our bodies...
But we forget to tend to the most important space: our inner world.

Your thoughts shape your mood.
Your mood shapes your energy.
And your energy shapes your reality.

So when your mind is cluttered with negativity, comparison, self-doubt, or unhealed wounds —
life feels heavier than it has to be.

🌸 Start Cultivating a Kinder Mind:

Speak to yourself like someone you love.

Let go of toxic self-talk — you’re not your mistakes.

Practice gratitude: train your brain to see what’s right, not just what’s wrong.

Meditate. Reflect. Take time to breathe and be.

This is your last-minute invitation for an in-person meditation and deep relaxation Reset gathering this Saturday at 10am EST in Boalsburg.

We’ll enjoy an hour of guided breathing, meditation, and relaxation practice. You’ll leave with your nervous system reset—grounded and ready for whatever the weekend and week ahead bring.

Cost:
This is a community-based offering—no charge.

It’s a spontaneous gathering and a make-up for our missed online Wednesday Reset session. As always, contributions for community based offerings are welcome and appreciated, but never expected or required. (via link Reset link available at Pathtocalm.com)

What to bring:
Just yourself is fine. The studio has mats, bolsters, and props for comfortable seated or reclining practice. No experience is necessary to participate.

Accessibility note:
Please note that the studio is on the second floor and requires stairs to access.
