What a month of celebration it has been at Juniper! Our hardworking associates participated in festivities throughout the month while filling the community with laughter and festive spirit. From daily surprises to dedicated appreciation events, our team truly makes the season bright.

Here are just a few of the highlights from December:

Elf on the Shelf: We’ve had a blast following our resident Elf's antics and surprises all month long!

Associate Holiday Week (12/15–12/19): Our team showcased their holiday spirit with a different festive theme each day, plus hot chocolate and candy canes served all week.

Associate Appreciation Meal: On 12/17, we gathered for a delicious holiday meal featuring two festive photo booths to capture all the smiles.

To our incredible team: thank you for your dedication, your heart, and the joy you bring to our community every single day. We are so proud of the work you do!

We are incredibly proud to celebrate their graduation from the Nurse Aide Program at the CPI Central Pennsylvania Institute of Science and Technology.

At Juniper Village, we are honored to partner with CPI to create a direct pathway into healthcare careers. Through this collaboration, we sponsor students in CPI’s 120-hour program, covering the cost of tuition and providing an hourly wage during their training. These graduates have gained valuable classroom instruction and hands-on clinical experience, and we are thrilled to have them transition directly into CNA positions with our team.

This partnership is a win for these talented students, the community members we serve, and the future of healthcare. We are so proud of your hard work and dedication, Autumn, Shaniquah, and Kathryn!
